First. Go Shopping

• Look for the Pie VAT logo in-store (if you don't see one, ask the store. We can onboard new stores very quickly!).

• Ask for tax free and mention Pie VAT

 Get Customs Validation

• Head to the nearest customs or self-validation Kiosk

• Present your completed form, passport, and original purchase receipts for validation

• Goods should be kept unused, available for inspection

Take note of these 6 steps to claim your refund

• Upload a picture of your receipt showing all the details.

• Upload a selfie.

• Upload a photo of your passport.

• Upload photos of the purchased items taken with your phone (this must be a photo, not a screenshot).

• Fill in the permanent resident address field on your account.

• Fill in the field asking how you are departing your location (train, plane etc.).
