If you do not retain tax-free items upon departure, you will have to pay sales tax at customs.
If the purchaser and the tax refund applicant are different, you will not be able to proceed with the tax refund procedure.
If the name on the credit card, point card, etc. used at the time of purchase is different from the name on the passport, you will not be able to proceed with the tax refund procedure.
