反社会的勢力に対する基本方針
株式会社Pie Systems Japan（以下「当社」）は、社会の秩序や安全に脅威を与える反社会的勢力との関係を完全に遮断し、健全な事業運営を維持するため、以下の通り基本方針を定めます。
組織としての対応
代表取締役をはじめとする経営トップの強い関与のもと、組織全体で一貫した対応を行い、不当要求に対する役職員の安全を最優先に確保します。
外部専門機関との連携
平素から、警察、暴力追放運動推進センター、弁護士等の外部専門機関と緊密な連携体制を構築します。
取引を含めた一切の関係遮断
反社会的勢力とは、資金移動サービスを含む一切の取引を行いません。また、反社会的勢力による不当要求は断固として拒絶します。
有事における民事および刑事の法的対応
反社会的勢力による不当要求に対しては、民事と刑事の両面から法的措置を講じ、一切の妥協をいたしません。
裏取引や資金提供の禁止
反社会的勢力との裏取引や、反社会的勢力への資金提供は絶対に行いません。
Anti-Social Forces Policy (For reference only)
Pie Systems Japan K.K. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the following basic policy to completely sever all relationships with anti-social forces that pose a threat to social order and safety, and to ensure the maintenance of sound business operations.
Organizational Response Under the strong commitment of top management, including the Representative Director, the Company will respond as a unified organization and prioritize the safety of its officers and employees against any unjust demands.
Cooperation with External Specialized Agencies The Company will maintain close and continuous cooperative relationships with external specialized agencies, such as the Police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and legal counsel.
Severance of All Relationships, Including Transactions The Company will not engage in any transactions, including fund transfer services, with anti-social forces. Furthermore, the Company will resolutely reject any unjust demands made by anti-social forces.
Legal Actions under Civil and Criminal Law The Company will take both civil and criminal legal action against unjust demands from anti-social forces and will make no compromises whatsoever.
Prohibition of Secret Transactions and Funding The Company will never engage in secret transactions with anti-social forces nor provide any form of funding to them.
