Once your VAT refund request is submitted, our team will review and process it. Here’s how the timeline works:

1. Claim Review: After you submit your claim, we will verify the provided information within 48 hours. If everything is correct, we will approve the claim. However, if any information is missing or incorrect, we will need to decline your claim and request the necessary details. You will then need to upload the correct information to proceed.

2. Approval and Refund: Once your claim is approved, your refund will appear instantly in your Pie Wallet, ready for withdrawal.

3. Withdrawing Your Refund: To receive your refund, simply click ‘Withdraw Refund’ in the Pie Wallet and select one of the available withdrawal options:

   • Bank card

   • Bank account

   • PayPal

4. Timeline for Receiving Funds: Once you initiate the withdrawal, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the funds to reach your chosen payment method. In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days.
